   Roots of Styleright is of poor quality. I’m not sure of their other products. I purchased Roots sportswatch last Dec. 2008 and it’s indicated that it’s water resistant. However, last April, the water seeped through the watch. My friend, who’s using it washed his hands and just noticed after several hours that water seeped through it. I returned it to styleright and they gave a new watch as a replacement. The watch has a little scratch and I tried to ask for a new one without scratch. A staff named Alma Alvarez told me that it’s their last piece. So, I can’t do anything but to accept it. For 3 weeks my friend was using the new watch and the water seeped through the watch again. He’s not even using it while taking a bath or washing his hands to give extra care to the watch. However, when there was a rain, the water was seen again in the watch. And it’s really a great dismay.

   Regarding the staff of Styleright, especially Alma Alvarez, she has no knowledge about customer service and should take a training on handling customers. She’s rude. She didn’t let me finish talking when I was explaining.

   To Styleright: It’s best to train your staff with proper procedures in handling customers and it’s helpful to give them activities that will promote proper attitude and character.
