I bought a Foot Spa @ Home and a HMD illuminous Gluta last December 1, 2009.
The saleslady told me to buy another product so I can avail of a free facial promo.
I added a Skin Body Butter to avail the said promo and she wrote dates from Dec. 9-15 and a landline # (471-1891) on how can I make an appointment with them.
I called the said # to give the details on when I will avail the promo but it was wrong #. I tried to call it again to check if I just press a wrong digit but its the same person who answered the call before and saying it was not HBC store.
I call again the other day thinking that an HBC Employee will be on the other line that time but still it was a wrong #.
Do you really do this to your customers giving wrong info’s and making them STUPID.
